You'll need to prepare the following images:
| 1. The front image that faces the outside |
| 1a. The inner image that goes behind the front image. This can also be a solid colour! |
| 2. The back image that faces the outside |
| 2a. The inner image that goes inside the case. This can also be a solid colour! |
| 2b. The spine image. If there's no image prepared, you can describe it and we'll come up with a design that matches the keychain. |
| 3. CD design. Let us know which finish you'd like for your CD too! |
| 4. Provide us the URL/link you would like your keychain's tag to be programmed to. |

There are 2 designs for each of the 8 Ateez's Aniteez characters, so each set of stickers (64 pieces) will have 4x of each design.
Aniteez greeting cards
Each wreath has meaningful items to each member/character :) Send them to your besties or just put them up on your walls~
Aniteez 'FRAGILE' mailing stickers
There are 2 designs for each of the 8 Ateez's Aniteez characters, so each set of stickers (56 pieces) will have at least 3x of each design.
Ball chain protectors
Each set comes in a pack of TEN (10) :) They're reusable so you can pop them onto ball chain you want to use next! Fits 2.4mm chains best.

| Estimated time needed for me to complete your order can range anywhere from 2 days to a week (or longer), due to the customisable nature of the CD keychain. The first step includes discussions for adjusting the design until you're satisfied. The time we spend here is dependent on how much needs to be adjusted or changed, and how fast we can reply each other. Upon design confirmation, I'll start making your order, which will take 2-5 working days. This is dependent on my schedule, and the amount of orders in queue. Once I'm done with your order, I will send it out. International mail can take anywhere from 5-21 working days to reach you, so you can keep a look out with the tracking code you'll get when your order is dispatched! |
| If you need your order by a specific timeframe, please drop me an email before making your order. (This does not guarantee I'll be able to accept your request!) Otherwise, your order will be fulfilled chronologically. |
| Full payment must be in before I start working on your order. |
| Payment will only be made through and received with the following payment gateway: - Stripe (via Ko-fi or individually generated invoices for bigger orders). No other payment gateways will be employed for receiving payment. |
| I reserve the right to decline your order for any reason, in which you will be duly informed and refunded (if payment has been made). |
| The Terms & Policies on this page may be changed at any time without prior notice. The last updated date will change in accordance with any updates. |

| The information and images you provide for your order will only be used for your current order, and any future orders you may make with me. |
| All working files are only stored on personal hard drives. The printer I work with does not save the files I print with them. Digital mockup images will either be sent through Ko-fi messaging or as a Google Drive link (if the image can't be sent through Ko-fi messaging, or if you have been contacted through e-mailing). |
| For payment through Stripe, I will only be able to view your name associated with the payment, your e-mail address used for the transaction and the payment method used. This information is stored on Stripe's database. These information will only be used for payment verification with you when required. |
| If you would like me to delete the image files you've sent to me for creating your keychain, you may send me an e-mail about it. Once deleted, they will no longer be recoverable in any way. |
refunds
| Please ensure that you have fully made up your mind and are committed to your decision before proceeding with ordering from me. |
| In the case that you've changed your mind about your order and would like to cancel it, you must contact me before or within 12 hours of receiving the notification message or e-mail (of me receiving your order). A full refund will then be processed. |
| No refunds are possible once I've started on your order (which starts within 12 hours of sending you the notification message or e-mail). |
re-makes & returns
| If your order has been damaged in transit, you may request for a re-make at no extra cost. Please provide a video proof of you opening the parcel upon receiving it, as well as photo(s) of where the damage is. Please e-mail them to [email protected] within a week of receiving your parcel. |
| Due to the customisable nature of the CD keychain, returns will not be accepted. |
